80 million pounds of allied poultry products are
transported each week from poultry processing plants
throughout the Southeast to our Cumming, Georgia
Division ; Hanceville, Alabama Division; and Cuthbert,
Georgia Division. These plants are strategically
located
to process the raw material into nutrient rich feed
supplements for the poultry, livestock and pet food
industries all around the world.
With a fast -growing list
of customers and our export business increasing, our
products are being used around the world. Innovation is
the driving force behind every aspect of our operation.
Many of the processes and much of the technology used
today in the rendering processing industry was developed
by American Proteins, Inc. Contineous cookers and
advanced materials handling equipment designs are just a
couple of advanced developments from our plants.
Our rendering division,
like all of the American Proteins Divisions is committed
